You should be somehow related to Debian and obey the rule "Be nice.."

For getting your email on mail.debian-community.org, use your mail client. (Icedove, Evolution Mail, etc.)

Then you can use:

• imaps (993/tcp) on imap.debian-community.org
• pop3s (995/tcp) on pop.debian-community.org
• smtps (465/tcp) on mail.debian-community.org
